Building constructions defections

The article considers building structures defects, the reasons that caused them, and possible consequences in case they are not eliminated. Defects are classified according to their severity to analyze the level of construction and installation works and building structures and produced products quality, to prepare the results of inspections at specific objects, to exchange the information on the state of quality. Defects classification for reasons that cause them allows to identify defects sources and to choose preventing them correct methods, that should ensure the better performance of construction control, and therefore, construction and installation work.
