Personnel shortage in the Russian economy: status, problems, solutions

The shortage of personnel is currently a serious problem for the Russian economy. The article substantiates the relevance of this problem, identifying the main causes and factors that determined the occurrence of personnel shortages. Based on the results of the study, the main measures aimed at reducing the “staff shortage” in the Russian economy were formulated. The authors concluded that it is necessary to develop comprehensive measures with the participation of the state and employers to implement long-term strategies to provide the Russian economy with highly qualified personnel.
