Arbitration management is the implementation of fee-based special subject in the order established by the current legislation on insolvency (bankruptcy), limited the powers of possession, use and disposition of property of the debtor, as well as other legal and factual actions in order to commensurate satisfaction of requirements of creditors at the expense of the debtor's property.
