Activities of the federal bailiff service

This article examines the main aspects of the activities of the Federal Bailiff Service. The legal basis of the service is considered, the relevant regulatory documents of the current edition are given; statistical indicators for 2019, 2020 and 2021 are being studied. to analyze the necessary data in dynamics (based on the Final reports on the results of the activities of the FSSP of Russia). The problematic aspects of the activities of the FSSP are touched upon, in particular, the overall indicator of the execution of productions over the past three years and the issue of an increased workload for each bailiff. The author analyzed the ratio of the number of received enforcement documents to the FSSP and the workload per bailiff; the result of the analysis is presented in graphical form.
