Activities of the commissions on the settlement of the conflict of interest at the municipal service in the local self-government bodies

The article deals with the concept of conflict of interests in the municipal service, special attention is paid to the problems of regulating the activities of the commissions for the settlement of conflicts of interest in the municipal service. The empirical basis is the experience of the commissions on compliance with the requirements for the service behavior of municipal employees and the settlement of conflicts of interest in the local government of the Saratov region.
