Activity advisory bodies in the field of scientific-technical and innovation policy of the country: foreign aspect

The article analyzes the activities of various foreign public institutions under public authorities, in particular scientific councils, councils for scientific and technical policy and public councils that perform Advisory functions and have an impact on the planning, formation, implementation and coordination of scientific, technical and innovation policy of the country. A comparative analysis of the activities of public Advisory bodies in the field of scientific, technical and innovative development in countries such as the United States, Japan, Germany, great Britain, Kazakhstan, Armenia. The analysis identified the characteristics of each Advisory body, taking into account national characteristics. In addition, it was concluded that the involvement of the scientific community in the exercise of the powers of the Executive authorities in the planning, formation, implementation and coordination of scientific, technical and innovation policy of the country has been in demand for many decades in most countries with an innovative vector of development.
