Authoritys activity concerning protection of motherhood and the childhood in 30th years of XX century (by the example of Southern Ural)

This article is dedicated to one of the important spheres of states social policy - authoritys activity on protection of mothers and the childs interests which developed in several directions. Main from them is improvement of women working conditions, also they are expansion of a network of maternity hospitals, a childrens day nursery and kindergartens, prohibition of abortions, an establishment of material aid to having many children mothers, etc. The constant attention of the state to a this problem has led to positive results.
