Activity of border guard service of Ukraine to ensure border regime

The article deals with the content of the departments Border Service of Ukraine on border enforcement. Analyzed the amount of units of law enforcement powers of the border, which is achieved by the application of objective border enforcement ordinary time guarding the state border of Ukraine. The results may be applied is the theory and practice of law-enforcement activity and in educational process of law in universities.
