Activity of representatives of State council from Ural governs in 1906-1917

The article is devoted to the elections to the State Council of representatives from the Ural provinces, their participation in commissions, meetings. The author considers the projects discussed in the State Council in 1906-1917 and the participation of his Ural representatives in them. It is noted that the Ural members of the State Council, such as A. P. Tolstoy, V. N. Ohotnikov, F. V. Staheev, I. I. Shamshin did a great job in his provinces. An attempt is made to reveal the connection between the members of the State Council and the work of the deputies of the State Duma. The fate of the Ural members of the State Council is traced after its abolition.
