Activities of pseudo-participants of the Russian financial market

The article discusses issues related to such a specific negative phenomenon in the Russian financial market as the activities of pseudo-participants in the market. The author analyzes the main activities of pseudoparticipants in the financial market, examines the specifics of their activities, methods of ensuring customer attraction by these structures. The article also evaluates the volume and dynamics of increasing the volume of operations conducted by pseudo-participants of various activities in recent years. Based on the results of the research, the article provides estimates of the possible effectiveness of the implementation of a set of measures applied by the regulator to minimize the negative impact of the activities of pseudo-participants on the financial market of the country, provides certain recommendations regarding the maximum limitation of the activities of pseudo-participants in the market and reducing the damage caused by the activities of these structures to the national financial market.
