Activities of the Russian Federation in the field of development of international legal regulation of the use of information and communication technologies

The article analyzes the initiatives of the Russian Federation in the field of international regulation of the use of information and communication technologies. The principles and approaches, possible directions of cooperation in this field are considered. The issues of creating a permanent negotiating platform on international information security within the framework of the United Nations are discussed.
