The activities of the head for the prevention of interpersonal conflicts in pre-school educational institution

This article is devoted to the problem of conflicts arising in preschool educational institutions, as well as the work of the head in the emerging conflict situations. Current science believes that conflict is an inevitable phenomenon of the life of society, which is derived from human nature. In the process of interaction of the pedagogical team, there is a lack of understanding, which leads to the emergence of conflict situations among the participants of the pedagogical process. The head can change the atmosphere in the pedagogical team so that a favorable personal development climate is established. The main problem is to learn how to live with a conflict, knowing that it can have a stimulating effect when it develops within certain limits. And aware of its destructive nature when it goes beyond that. The combination of these aspects determines the relevance of this issue.
