The article is devoted to the activities of the Russian ROCK health unit, which went to South Africa to provide medical assistance to the belligerents of the armed conflict. Doctors, nurses, paramedics have done a lot of work, the goal of which was medical treatment by the belligerent party. Sanitary detachment in difficult field conditions and often guided by circumstances. However, the work did not prevent the detachment from carrying out its mission.
