Eurasian Economic Union customs bodies activity within the risks management system’s application

Risks management system is a part of the implementation of the Kyoto convention within the application of customs control by customs services worldwide. Nowadays the risks management system is the only way to identify, prevent and suppress the customs offences and crimes in the context of selective customs control. In this article, the author describes the practice of customs risks management in the Eurasian Economic Union, as well as reveals the implementation problems of the risks management system.
