The authors studied the effect of biological preparations on dynamics of the number of pathogenic and saprophytic micromycetes, colonizing the potato tubers during vegetation. The main isolates were revealed and the generic belonging of microscopic fungi was determined. It was shown, that phytosporin and borogum biopreparations inhibit efficiently the aboriginal pathogenic and saprophytic microflora of tubers and stimulate the immune system of potato plants, and therefore they can be effective agents of biological control of phytopathogenic and saprophytic micromycetes during growing of agricultural production.
