The principle of freedom of contract in respect of economic entities with dominant position

The article examines the implementation of the principle of freedom of contract in relation to the participation of economic entities with dominant position. Based on an analysis of the law and judicial practice materials it is concluded that the principle, although additional restrictions remain in effect with respect to the subjects in question.
