Influence of dry polyextract on rats with cerebral ischemia

It was established that the dry polyextract (100, 250 mg/kg i.p.) reduced neurological deficiency and increased the survival of rats on the model of brain ischemia induced by the bilateral ligation of common carotid arteries. The course introduction of polyextract (100 mg/kg per day, p.o.) retained the locomotor function, emotional status of rats with the unilateral ligation of common carotid artery.
