Decoding polar codes in decoder of Arikan on based indexes soft-decisions

An algorithm decoding of polar codes based on the procedure of forming integer indices soft decisions in sequential decoder Arikan properties using Tanner graph, which allows to reduce the bit error rate due to reduce the effects of a cascade of proliferation of erroneous decisions at each stage of data processing. A scheme for polar coding system erases the link using a wide range erasure to implement a generic method of forming integer indices soft decisions.
