Decorative art of Vietnam as an adaptation tool for people with disabilities (analytical review)

The paper presents an analytical review of the Vietnam People's Republic state programs on work with people with disabilities, as well as the authors' original experience in discovery of decorative arts as an adaptation tool for the challenged people. Vietnam has a rich history of labour adaptation of disabled people with application of creative work methods. Transfer of such methods to the Russian environment may help to reduce harm from social diseases in Russia.
