In the last few years, the legislation on administrative offences has expanded due to decriminalized criminal acts. This circumstance is connected with modern trends in the development of criminal policy, which are based on the humanization of legislation and the rejection of those elements of crimes, the public danger of which is small. Among such acts, it is necessary to carry the insult providing administrative responsibility for infringement of honor and dignity of the person. It has been almost eight years since the insult was classified as an administratively punishable act. A similar fate befell a number of other attacks, which in different volumes, but, nevertheless, competed in the framework of law enforcement practice with the act we are considering.
