Today, the topic of delegation of authority in small forms of business organization is relevant, since the effectiveness of the management process, the level of commitment of staff and the motivation of employees depends on it. The study notes that the process of delegating authority has its own problem field and difficulties that are associated with risks. In this article, a study has been conducted to determine the main factors that contribute to the formation of an effective system of delegation of authority in small forms of business organization. The research methodology includes: analysis of literary sources, statistical and analytical methods, synthesis method and questionnaire. In conclusion, we have formulated criteria for the effectiveness of the system of delegation of authority in small forms of business organization.
