Business ethics torts and how to influence them

The article examines the main types of business ethics torts, such as corruption, false advertising, abuse of office, consumer deception, financial manipulation, environmental irresponsibility and others, and analyzes the reasons that led to these violations. Special attention was paid in the article to methods of influencing them, including internal corporate measures, educational programs for employees and the role of government regulatory measures to comply with ethical business standards. Approaches to their elimination were considered, both at the level of individual companies and at the state level, including an analysis of legislative and legal mechanisms. Effective counteraction to ethical torts in business requires an integrated approach involving not only companies, but also a wide range of stakeholders, including government agencies, consumers and public organizations.
