The article substantiates the importance of personal and professional property of business - it is business acumen as a component of their competitiveness. The author gives a definition of business acumen, the psychological structure of business acumen, reveals the psychological content of its main components, such as non-standard and practical thinking, initiative, mobility, determination and others. The author shows that business acumen has as natural psychological components, so properties that you can successfully develop with the help of psychological methods and technologies. The article describes the psychological problems and difficulties associated with the formation and development of business acumen.
