Delta-pectoral flap in plastic extensive through defects periorbital and malar area

The article presents the results of plasty of extensive and through defects of periorbital, malar area with use of delta-pectoral skin-fascial flap on pedicle. Marked efficacy in restoring of face symmetry due to the contouring plasty, oral and nasal mucous lining repair with the skin flap, forming an excess of soft tissue in the area for further infraorbital reconstruction of orbital floor and the plasty of alar defects of the nose.
