Demobilization of Middle Volga industry in the first part of 1918 ( about the question of the role of councils of national economy)

The author examined the course and results of the policy of the Soviet government to demobilize industry in the first half of 1918 as an example of Samara, Saratov and Simbirsk provinces of Russia. This process is shown in the context of leadership of the economic councils (sovnarkhozes). Particularly called attention to the problems that led to the incompleteness of this policy
