Demographic aspects as an element of the economic and social security of the population of the Far North and the Arctic zone regions by case study of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia)

The article discusses the essential problems of studying the demographic phenomena and processes in the Arctic Zone regions which constitute the unity of economic and social security of the population. The paper shows the relationship between the micro- and macroeconomic sustainable development and the improvement of the quality of life of the population, namely, the population growth and the positive demographic processes within the investigated area.
