Demographic characteristics of the population of the Tatar Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic in 1945-1950

The article, based on the analysis of archival documents of the current accounting, reveals the basic characteristics of the population of the Republic of Tatarstan of the first post-war years. The features of mechanical and natural movement of the population are shown, examples of reproductive behavior of Tatarstan are given. As a result of the study, the main demographic characteristics of Tatarstan population in the first post-war years are identified.
