Demographic changes in Russia as a prerequisite of the education system modernization

The authors consider the problems of depopulation and demographic ageing of the population in Russia and come to a conclusion about necessity of reforming the system of education in order to raise the quality of human potential of different age cohorts and insure Russia's successful entering the way of innovation development.
