Demographic processes on North-West Caucasus in the 1940s

The analysis of demographic processes in 1940th is interfaced to considerable difficulties as for this time the period of the Great Patriotic War and the first post-war years has had. The territory of Northwest Caucasus was a zone of operations, occupations that has led to loss of a considerable part of documents of demographic statistics. Creation of base of the demographic data that has in turn given the chance to present features of development of demographic processes to this period became a result of work of the author in the Krasnodar regional committee of the state statistics.
