Crangonyx chlebnikovi (Amphipoda: Gammaridae) from three caves of Preduralie: demography and reproductive biology

Some aspects of demography and reproductive biology of the amphipod Crangonyx chlebnikovi Borutzky, 1928, inhabitant of the three caves of Preduralie, are discussed. The data on relative abundance of these crustaceans in subterranean lakes, mortality, fecundity, reproductive cycles, and the rate of growth are presented.
