Democratization of private property

The article considers the democratization of private property. The analysis of the essence of the democratization of private property, its features from an economic and social point of view. A comparative analysis of monopolization of property and democratization of property is carried out. The conclusion is drawn about the positive aspect of the democratization of private property in the Russian Federation.
