Dumping imports and anti-dumping protection measures in the EAEU of national manufacturers

The article is devoted to one of the aspects of trade policy of the ECO member States, which is focused on protecting the national commodity producer in order to strengthen the economy and resist unfair competition of international companies. In modern conditions, taking into account the orientation to global globalization and trade liberalization, this problem is very relevant, and the lack of the desired methods of resolving the current situation requires a thorough analysis of the methods of resolution. According to the author, the market situation inevitably forces the manufacturer to adopt unfair methods of competition in order to optimize business processes. As a result of the research, the author offers a number of conclusions that represent the potential for the development of the problem, as well as possible ways to level the negative impact.
