Monetary policy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the conditions of instability of the global economy

Modern economic instability and uneven development of the world countries is a result of the creation of the integration processes taking place in an era of globalization. Dramatic fall in natural resources prices, weakening of the national currency, inflation and reduced cost of the consumer goods basket, reduction in living standards of the population - all these factors have resulted in significant changes in the monetary policy of the Republic of Azerbaijan. This article deals with the realization of the targeting regime of the national currency of Azerbaijan, as well as describes the implications that appeared during the execution of the present monetary policy.
