Monetary policy of Russia to a floating exchange rate

The article deals with theoretical approaches to the study of the essence, economic content and tools of monetary policy of the state in conjunction with the applicable exchange rate regime and the state's currency policy. The directions of improving the activity of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation in the context of the formation of a new model of economic growth and economic management are also proposed.
