Money flow of the state: determining the essence of the algorithm and the flow chart of their movement

The article discusses theoretical issues of cash flows across the Russian Federation (RF). The purpose of the study is to analyze the circulation of cash flows within the country, to formulate the essence of such concepts as an algorithm and a block diagram of the movement of these flows at the state level. As a result of the work done, it was possible to achieve the set goal, namely, for the first time, definitions of the essence of these two definitions were given. Thus, in considering these economic phenomena on the scale of the Russian Federation, the first step has actually been taken, which makes it possible to continue their research, and also creates the prerequisites for the development of this algorithm and the construction of its block diagram. The article may be of interest to economists who study the movement of state cash flows.
