Chronic heart failure (CHF) is a condition in which the heart cannot provide sufficient blood supply to the body. This disease requires constant monitoring and treatment. The purpose of this article was to analyze scientific publications on the effectiveness and safety of using telemedicine consultations in monitoring patients with chronic heart failure. The article highlights the benefits of telemedicine monitoring for patients with CHF, describes new methods and approaches used in telemedicine monitoring in this group of patients, including the use of modern technologies and innovative solutions. Conclusions. Telemedicine interventions undoubtedly benefit patients with CHF, reducing the number of hospitalizations for all reasons and improving quality of life, although there are still a number of issues that need to be addressed. The authors believe that other aspects should also be considered, since telemedicine is not the only component of CHF treatment and cannot replace face-to-face consultations.
