Destruction and dysfunction of social institutions: analysis of the viability of the state system

The article deals with processes of destruction and dysfunction of the major social institutions, which enfeeble significantly the institution of state, undermine its viability. The author notes the strategic importance for the state to not only analyze the existing problems of social institutions, but also to predict the arising challenges, which requires institutional monitoring at the system level.
