Detective: logic and play (continuation)

The article conveys the supposition that besides the logical and rational source there is a playful and creative aspect to the classical detective story as a genre. Thus, a detective overcomes a criminal not only due to analysis and deduction, but also «overplaying» him. This part of my paper is on Agatha Christie's contribution to the genre of a classical detective story and to the continuing tradition of all types of detectives in a classical detective story, especially two basic types: Dupin - Holmes and mademoiselle de Scudéri - Brown.
