Determination of latent organized crime

This article analyzes the current issues of the determination of organized crime. The article examines the relevance of hiding from criminal-statistical reporting of crimes in this area. The article analyzes the effectiveness of the application of the criminal law in relation to criminal groups, taking into account the quality of preventive work. The prerequisites for the legislative elimination of existing conflicts in the current legislation are summarized.
