The article examines the determinants of crimes related to evasion of administrative supervision or repeated failure to comply with the restriction or restrictions established by the court in accordance with federal law. It is emphasized that such socially dangerous acts occupy a significant place in the structure of crimes against justice. Identification and elimination of the causes and conditions of the criminal encroachments under consideration is necessary not only to develop measures for their prevention, but also to increase the effectiveness of administrative supervision itself. Objective and subjective factors that determine criminal acts aimed at evading administrative supervision and failure to comply with court orders are determined. Conclusion dwells upon the fact that the neutralization of objective causes has a significant impact on reducing the internal motivations that shape the criminal behavior of persons released from correctional institutions under administrative supervision.
