Deviant behavior of PVE and SVE learners as pedagogical and social-cultural problem

The problem of educational correction of deviant behavior of the younger generation in the context of social policy is considered in the article. Upon the aggregation of personal teaching experience, the author reveals the effectiveness of psychological and pedagogical techniques that promote the socialization of students in PVE-SVE system.
