Acute adhesive intestinal obstruction (ASCI) is one of the common and serious diseases in abdominal surgery. According to our data, its specific gravity from all types of intestinal obstruction in children is 38.95%, which, on the whole, corresponds to the information of other authors. Treatment of patients with adhesive disease of the abdominal cavity is a very difficult task, which is associated with the severity of the clinical course and the development of formidable complications, and the absence of adequate unified methods for preventing relapse.
