Diagnostic importance of complex research of congenital developmental anomalies of central nervous system of the fetus

The structure of congenital developmental anomalies of the central nervous system of a fetus is investigated, features of the contents serum markers Alfa-fetoprotein and Beta-HCG are revealed at various anomalies, substantial increase of level Alfa-fetoprotein is shown at cephaloceles, syndrome Neural tube Defects, anencephaly, change of level Beta-HCG at hidrophalus. Changes strum markers are characteristic for 90,9 % of women from congenital developmental anomalies of the central nervous system.
