The terahertz time domain spectroscopy (THz TDS) is offered as a method of nondestructive control of aviation composite materials. Such damages as stratifications and damages by high temperature were studied. Measurement of material properties in samples with localized thermal damage showed that melting didn't change considerably index of refraction or coefficient of absorption. Stratifications were found by means of visualization technologies based on SRV in the mode on reflection.
