Diagnostics and treatment of spasm of accomodation in children with tuberculosis

One of the reasons for the development of acquired myopia in children with tuberculosis is the spasm of accommodation. In order to establish the frequency, clinical course of accommodation spasm in children with tuberculosis, 758 children with tuberculosis were examined. The main objective of the study was the early diagnosis and treatment of accommodation spasm in children with tuberculosis.
