Diagnosis of latent insomnia in young people after urgent cardiological state

For the patients with anxiety and somatoform disorders, receiving inpatient treatment in mental institution, the analysis has been done in the late period, after suffered immediate cardiac states (hypertensic crisis, cardiac arrhythmia). It has been shown, that by diagnosing sleep disorders using polysomnography method, their prevalence was significantly higher, than was the case according to clinical-psychopathological examination.
