Diagnostic channel on basis of the Schwarzschild objective has been developed. It allows registering an image of laser plasma in spectral range of 18 - 20 nm with spatial resolution of ~2.5 μm. The diagnostic channel has been used in experiments on interaction of nanosecond 1013 - 1014 W/cm2 laser pulse with materials of different densities and structure.
