Diagnosis of motivation and stimulation of labor activity

The article is devoted to the application of the diagnosis of motivation and stimulation of labor activity. The essence and types of motivation are considered. The stages of forming a system of motivation and stimulation of labor activity are proposed and their content is disclosed. The basic approaches to diagnostics of the system of motivation and stimulation of workers existing in the organization are outlined. The directions of application of the results of personnel diagnostics are substantiated.
