Diagnosis of neurological manifestations of dorsopathies

Dorsopathies are a large group of diseases of the musculoskeletal system and connective tissue, the leading symptom complex of which is pain in the groin and in the extremities of non-visceral etiology. During the course of life, dorsalgia occurs in 70-90% of the population in developed countries and is observed annually in 20-25% of people. Despite the fact that an episode of back pain is often short-lived, approximately 25% of patients subsequently develop chronic pain, which causes long-term disability.
