Diagnostic of the orgaization’s industrial potential

The article is devoted to one of the urgent problems of an enterprise – the estimation of its potential. The detailed analysis of the components of the potential of OJSC “Krasny Octyabr” according to the organization’s statistics reports on the base of practical using of the method by Merzlikina G.S., Shkhovskaya L.D., is given. The obtained data are evidence of the growth of financial potential of the organization, and perspectives of intellectual potential using as well. Thus, the estimation for industrial potential of the organization is an indispensable stage of strategic analysis and management, which provides a system view on the organization and allows to reveal its strong and weak sides.
